*Guidance, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy and Security for the National Register of 503 Victims^SM (“Register”): We encourage all Americans who have experienced negative effects from exposure to biosolids to submit your information to the National Register of 503 Victims.  The National Register of 503 Victims is a repository mechanism of Mission503, Inc. intended to record, quantify, analyze, and responsibly report, in aggregate, on the collective negative impacts, as experienced and perceived by the victim(s) or representative(s) of the victim(s) within the United States of America, from exposure to all classes of biosolids.  Impacts may include but are not limited to disruptions to your life, loss of use and enjoyment, hardship, loss of income, loss of property value, contamination (e.g., air, groundwater, surface water, drinking water, surfaces, soils, products of agriculture, aquatic life, wildlife), infestation, stress, disease, disorder, birth defects, cancer, or acute and chronic illness up to and including death of humans and animals.  Victims may also include farmers that use biosolids, or have used biosolids in the past, or farm on soils that previously received biosolids, as well as wastewater employees engaged in biosolids transport and disposal.  Examples of exposure include but are not limited to breathing contaminated air, drinking biosolids-tainted water, encountering contaminated surfaces and soils while living, working, going to school, visiting, or commuting near land where biosolids have been applied, landfilled, or disposed of in another way; and purchasing or consuming products of agriculture tainted by biosolids, including but not limited to dairy, beef, produce (e.g. lettuce), feed stocks, baled grasses, grains and others.  No time restrictions apply for registering past exposure and impacts that occurred. 

Submitting information to the "Register" is voluntary.  Submitters must be 18 years of age or older.  Registering on Mission503, Inc.'s National Register of 503 Victims  does not confer any implied, assumed, or expressed victims' rights, privileges, claims, or legal damages. Registration has no legal effect on your rights to participate in a formal action independently and apart from our data collection.  Registration on our site is for purposes of data collection, analysis, and reporting.  By submitting information to the “Register”, the submitter is granting permission to Mission503, Inc. and our authorized affiliates to analyze and report statistical data in aggregate within the function of Mission503 stated objectives.  First and last name, email address, State and ZIP code where biosolids exposure occurred are required for registration.  For purposes of data recording, each submitter will be assigned a unique Registration ID.  Personal identity and content of individual submissions will not be disclosed in reporting or otherwise shared without consent.  One submission per email/IP address is permitted.  A single registration can represent one individual or one household.  Mission503, Inc. reserves the right to verify authenticity of registrations.  Fraudulent submissions, as well as duplicated submissions will be eliminated from the “Register”.  Aggregate data insights from the National Register of 503 Victims  will be compiled into Mission503, Inc. ‍**Guidance, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy and Security for 503 Victims’ Stories (“Victims’ Stories”):  We encourage all Americans who have experienced negative effects from exposure to biosolids to submit your personal story to our 503 Victims’ Stories portal.  It is important for real-life, factual stories of biosolids victims to be known.  We will be responsible and respectful with your story and personal information.  Submitters must be 18 years of age or older.  One submission per email/IP address is permitted.  By submitting your story, you are granting Mission503, Inc. and our authorized affiliates permission to reproduce and share your story, or excerpts from your story, within Mission503, Inc. Official Reports, as well as strategic communications as conducted to advance Mission503 objectives.  First and Last Name, email address, State and ZIP code where biosolids exposure occurred are required for “Victims’ Stories” submissions.  For purposes of recording, each submitter will be assigned a unique Story Submission ID.  When publishing any portion of submitted stories, personal identification of the submitter will not be disclosed, only the State where the exposure to biosolids occurred will be published with the story.  We ask that you do not identify individuals or corporations by name in your story.  Stories that name individuals or corporations, or present risk of libel, will be redacted or omitted from Mission503, Inc. reporting.  Please refrain from offensive or vulgar language and graphic descriptions that would require redaction to be suitable for general audiences.  Mission503, Inc. reserves the right to verify authenticity of submitters.  Fraudulent submissions, as well as duplicated submissions will be eliminated.  “Victims’ Stories” will be compiled into Mission503, Inc.
